Hi, I'm Elizabeth

​For me, fitness is more than just exercise—it's a catalyst for real, positive change in your life. I'm Elizabeth, and I've been a part of the Vacaville fitness community for over 14 years.

 

My own journey started with a personal weight loss transformation of over 100 pounds. At 24, I discovered how eating well and moving more made me feel: less anxious, more in control, and emotionally stronger. That feeling sparked a passion, and I dove into learning everything I could about nutrition and fitness.

Since then, I've earned certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Weight Loss Specialist, and Stretching & Flexibility Coach, as well as certifications from Girls Gone Strong, Yoga Alliance, Keiser, FAI, and TRX. I'm also currently working towards Gut and Hormone Coach and Advanced Nutrition Coach certifications.

I'm an endurance athlete myself, having completed 30 half marathons, 3 marathons, a 70.3 Half Ironman, 100-mile century bike rides, and multiple obstacle races.

I truly believe that everything—your mood, attitude, relationships, focus, and energy—is impacted by what you eat, how you move, and what you consume mentally and physically. Understanding yourself from the inside out is the key to creating sustainable change and lasting results.
